The Neapolitan was an innovative new construction condominium project undertaken by RDM Development. The 18-story residential high-rise was developed on an ideal site located at the intersection of Division and Wells in the Old Town neighborhood.

There are 95 carefully designed condominium residences housed in the building and the development also features a host of amenities. These include a two-level garage, tennis and basketball courts, and private balconies. Residents were offered a variety of floor plans, the option of combining units, as well as the opportunity to purchase striking penthouse residences with expansive balconies.

This RDM Development project was successfully completed in March 2001. The Neapolitan helped to revitalize the immediate surrounding area and today it serves as a gateway to the Old Town neighborhood.
